Today we learned about the L'Anse Aux Meadows National Historic Site.  The students really enjoyed hearing about my trip there a couple of years ago.

Origami Delight

Today the class had the dreaded Grade 4 needle.  As a reward for all the suffering, I decided that we would spend part of our afternoon making origami cats.  One student in our class is from Japan so she was the teacher.  I learned along with the rest of the class.  We all had a great time!
