Compensation not constipation
Well, yesterday I was talking about one of our new estimation strategies. The new strategy is called compensation. You can imagine the discussion we had! A lovely topic to bring up at the supper table tonight!
Decimal fun
We spent a little time yesterday finding our decimal partner. Some students had the number written in words while others had it written in standard form. They liked it so much that they asked to play it a second time!
