Playing catch up

Between the two storms days last week and the band students coming and going it was a real catch up day.  Most students finished their logo contest, their snow day writing and their Sikhism work.

Tomorrow we're going to really get at those transitional phrases.

David Suzuki Challenge

We started participating in the 30x30 David Suzuki Outdoor Challenge yesterday.  He is challenging Canadians to spend 30 minutes outside each day for 30 days.  Yesterday we managed to get our 30 minutes outside but unfortunately today was pretty miserable.  Hopefully we can have a picnic outside in the weeks to come.  In the meantime, please make sure that your child comes to school with a hat and mittens to ensure they are ready for the cold Spring days we have around here.
